質(zhì)地柔軟的無嗅無味的白色粉末，遮蓋力和著色力強(qiáng)，溶點(diǎn)1560～1580℃。不溶于水、稀無機(jī)酸、有機(jī)溶劑、油，微溶于堿，溶于濃硫酸。 遇熱變黃色，冷卻后又變白色。金紅石型（R型）密度4.26g/cm3，折射率2.72。R型鈦白粉具有較好的耐氣候性、耐水性和不易變黃的特點(diǎn)，但白度稍差。銳鈦型（A型）密度3.84g/cm3，折射率2.55。A型鈦白粉耐光性差，不耐風(fēng)化，但白度較好。近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)納米級(jí)超微細(xì)二氧化鈦（通常為10～50 nm)具有半導(dǎo)體性質(zhì)，并且具有高穩(wěn)定性、高透明性、高活性和高分散性，無毒性和顏色效應(yīng)。 - R216 General Use Rutile Titanium Dioxide Product Description: R216 is Rutile Titanium Dioxide pigment manufactured by the sulphate process and supplied as a fine, dry powder, which are inorganic coated with Al2O3&SiO2 and special organic surface treated to have both good optical properties and excellent pigment properties. With advanced control technology of particle-size and particular coating technology, the products show good whiteness, high gloss, great hiding power, strong tinting power, favorable weatherability , high chalk resistance, low oil absorption, good wetting and are easy to disperse in a variety of systems. Applications: Rutile Titanium Dioxide pigment R216 is general purpose product, widely used in industries includes indoor&outdoor coatings, interior and exterior latex paints, industrial coatings, powder coatings, road paint, anti-corrosive paint, antifouling paint, marine paint. The products can also be used in plastics (PVC, PE, polystyrene and polyurethane etc.), masterbatch, rubber, printing ink, leather, paper making, decoration paper and etc..
